Overview

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the customer receiving their item(s). Returns are accepted for all items except custom/bespoke/commissioned work. Please contact me using the details on the Contact page to request a refund or exchange.

Return postage must be paid by the buyer and the item returned undamaged and with all packaging. Please contact me if you have any issues outside of the 7 day window and I will see if anything can be done. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

There may be some things available on this website which are not eligible for returns including but not limited to:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable  products


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Where obvious signs of use are visible.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, usually within 3 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 3 days of being notified your refund request has been accepted please first check your bank account again. Then contact your card company, it may take some time before your refund is visible in your online account. If your refund has not been received please Contact me.

Sale items

Any time marked as on sale or otherwise reduced will be refunded at the reduced price (if eligible to be refunded).


Exchanges

Items which are defective or damaged on arrival (please inspect your parcel before the courier leaves and reject it at the sign of visible damage) may be refunded or exchanged (within 7 days of arrival). Please Contact me to organise an exchange.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the recipient, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card code will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of the return.


Shipping returns

To return your product please Contact me for details.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The original shipping cost will be deducted from any refunds which are processed. If you are returning an item internationally please allow adequate time for arrival.

Please ensure tracking and insurance is used and you receive proof of posting when returning an item. This is particularly important for more important pieces.
