Yes! Please use their address for the Delivery Address when checking out. Please ensure you use your own details for the Billing information otherwise you may have issues checking out. We recommend selecting the Gift Wrapping option when adding the item to your basket.
Returns are accepted for all items except custom/bespoke/commissioned work. You may also exchange the item if you wish.
You must notify (via the contact methods on this page) that you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your package. Return postage must be paid by the buyer. Please see the Refunds & Returns page for more details. Please don’t hesitate to contact me with any issues.
When adding an item to your basket you are given the option to have the item prepared as a gift, this includes a wrapping of presentable paper, tied with a ribbon or hessian with a handwritten card personalised message. Please contact me if you have any further questions about gift wrapping services.
Usually the item you see is the item you will receive but this isn’t always the case. If this is a concern please get in touch before ordering.
Yes! Although due to the nature of the items (materials, weight etc) the costs can vary quite a lot and I would recommend getting in touch providing the item you would like and the location you need it shipped to, I can then provide you with an accurate quote.
